Seismic strengthening of a 1933 historically listed building, to 100% New Building Code.

Key factors included maintaining as much of the original plaster molding, timber panelling and masonry building features as possible.  Internal post-tensioning of the level three masonry walls was a unique feature of the concealed seismic strengthening.
