Rendezvous Hotel

Winner of ACENZ Merit Award 2010.

22-storey mixed use high rise hotel and apartment building. The design included innovative use of steel resulting in a lightweight economic structure with reduced construction time. Quoin was responsible for the structural design of the main lateral resisting systems and foundation, as part of a joint venture.
