Sophisticated architecturally designed 2-storey mixed use hospitality and commercial building. Features double gable roof structure with bespoke exposed bolted hardwood timber scissor trusses, exterior precast concrete walls with architectural patterned recesses.

Includes clear open spaces to the food and beverage areas, enhanced by strategically located glazing. Quoin’s scope included the civil design for the drainage, siteworks, and sealed carpark areas.
