Riverbank Quarter Development

A boutique development of 17 properties designed for mixed use development in Christchurch's CBD.  The townhouses have been constructed as two and three-storey terrace style homes in four separate blocks with a central courtyard and carpark area.  The façade consists of 'ad-hoc' bricks, effectively placed to create a play of shadow and light at different times of the day with outlooks from key living areas varied and considered.
